Since my son Dylan joined the Academy he has gained lots of confidence and experience as a guitarist and singer. Dylan is now performing as a young musician in venues around the west yorkshire area and has supported a popular local rock band as well as being photographed and interviewed for a full page article in a local newspaper. I started lessons as a beginner, and recently my tutor suggested I enter the National Boss/Roland young star guitarist competion. I took this advice and entered the Leeds heat and then reached the national final at Birmingham NEC. I never thought that I would be able to play the guitar. However, that all changed when I started lessons at the academy. I can now play the songs that I have bought and listened to for many years.
